When Will My Order Be Processed?

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing time is 3–5 business days, with shipping the following business day.

  • Orders ship from our warehouse in China.

  • Processing times may be extended during holidays or sales.

 

 

📦 How Long Does Shipping Take?

  • United States: 7–12 business days after processing

  • International Orders: 15–30 business days (depending on location)

 

 

Will I Be Charged Customs or Import Taxes?

  • Prices are listed in USD and are tax-free.

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged upon delivery based on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by us.

  • We are not responsible for customs-related delays.
